Service Description

Ever wonder how totally new digital products or features get invented or validated? For the best products, the target audience is often consulted. Learn how to recruit participants, plan for interviews, conduct interviews, analyze the interviews. Then learn how to transform interview analysis into an actionable list product design to-dos. Great for startup founders who are working lean and want to learn about human-centered design methods for validating their product. Also great for designers who want to strengthen the strategy, or the “why,” behind their designs. Tutor: Julia Davids. “I’m a designer in the SF Bay Area with 10 years of experience. I have a masters in Industrial Design from RISD and an engineering degree from Stanford. I love teaching others design skills and seeing their confidence grow!” Audience: Students age 16+, any level, and any fields are encouraged to sign up. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued. In the case of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, the full amount will be charged.
